THE 600 SERIES HEAVY DUTY FILTERis equipped with -12 "O" ring ports located straight in and out the ends of the top and bottom castings. This feature permits easier installation while the use of "O" ring fittings provide a leak proof seal.

New porting and internal passage design distributes the oil uniformly across the stainless steel screen element resulting in virtually unrestricted flow through the filter. Capacity of the internal bypass valve has been increased by 29% assuring unrestricted flow even after the screen element becomes completely clogged with contaminants. Cooling fins dissipate heat efficiently.

Originally designed to filter engine oil, the "TATTLE TALE" has proven equally effective in the filtration of all types of fuel, transmission and differential lubricants and hydraulic fluids.

THE 900 SERIES HEAVY DUTY FILTER is specifically engineered for use as a lube oil filter on larger diesel and gasoline engines. It features a 9" diameter screen and can also be used as a hydraulic fluid filter for low pressure (return line) applications or as a fuel filter.
